We’ve only used all natural ingredients including our Uncontrolled Chain Reaction™ seasoning, sugar, brown sugar, ginger, and spices. This seasoning perfectly balances the heat from the ground chiles with a natural sweetness that brings out the flavors intrinsic in pork. When trying this spice pay special attention to the sweet heat from ginger which pairs particularly well with the heat of the chiles and is balanced perfectly with the sweetness from the sugars.
