SHIPPING POLICY
While we cannot and do not guarantee shipping times since, once your package(s) are out of our hands and in the hands of the courier, we have no control over how they handle your package(s), we do our best to get you what you want when you need it!
We try our hardest to ensure that all orders received by 3 pm Central will ship the same day, Monday through Friday. During the holidays and other high traffic periods there might be delays in order fulfillment and processing, but to date, we have not experienced that and hope we never will.
Please remember that once your order ships it's out of our control. We have no influence over USPS, FedEx, or UPS, how they handle your package, or how long it takes them to deliver it. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns: It is important to us that all of our Customers are Happy Customers! So, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!! If you are unhappy with your purchase, just let us know at info@casamspice.com or (469) 293-4400 and we will take care of you! Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.
For New/Unopened Items: Just return your New, Unopened Items along with your packing slip and order number within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping) – no questions asked! Please allow two (2) weeks to process refunds.
For Used/Opened Items: If, within thirty (30) days of a purchase, you decide that you are not happy with an Item that you have purchased and have already used, you may return this Item to us for store credit in the amount of your original purchase (excluding shipping). You can use this store credit for any purchase that you would like to make from our online store, including gift cards.
For those that participate or participated in our Try Before You Pay Promo on "The Range" that launched October 2024: If, within thirty (30) days of your transaction, you decide that you are not happy with it, you may reach out to us to initiate the return process at info@casamspice.com or (469) 293-4400 and we will take care of you! Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us with tracking to prove delivery for the return to be processed. Thank you for your business and trying us.
