Casa M Spicy Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE MEATBALLS

• 2 pounds ground beef, lamb, or bison (or a mix)
• 1 Tablespoon Casa M Spice Co® Chain Reaction® or Ace Kickstart®
• 1/4 cup Cattle Drive® or Good Shepherd®
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg

LET’S GET COOKING

1. Place a rack in the middle of your oven and preheat on broil
2. Mix ingredients thoroughly to distribute the breadcrumbs and seasoning evenly
3. Use a spoon to portion into Tablespoon sized meatballs, about 70
4. Roll each meatball into a tight ball and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
5. Cook meatballs on the middle rack of your oven set on broil for 5-7 minutes
6. Remove from the oven and cool slightly, then add a light dusting of Cattle Drive® or Good Shepherd® to taste
