  • 2 pounds ground beef or lamb
  • 1 Tablespoon Casa M Spice Co® Chain Reaction®
  • 1/4 cup Cattle Drive® or Good Shepherd® (or try our Uncontrolled blends for a spicier version!)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

    Preheat oven to broil

    Mix meat, spices, breadcrumbs, and egg thoroughly
