ingredients
FOR THE MEATBALLS
- 2 pounds ground beef or lamb
- 1 Tablespoon Casa M Spice Co® Chain Reaction®
- 1/4 cup Cattle Drive® or Good Shepherd® (or try our Uncontrolled blends for a spicier version!)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

Place a rack in the middle of your oven and preheat on broil

Mix ingredients thoroughly to distribute the breadcrumbs and seasoning evenly

Use a spoon to portion into Tablespoon sized meatballs, about 70

Roll each meatball into a tight ball and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet

Cook meatballs on the middle rack of your oven set on broil for 5-7 minutes

Remove from the oven and cool slightly, then add a light dusting of more Cattle Drive® or Good Shepherd® (Original or Uncontrolled versions!)
