Honey Glazed Wings
When we think of football parties, cookouts, and summer snacks, chicken wings are one of the first things that come to mind. Why? Because they are a classic American treat! Wings are affordable, easily shareable, and pair perfectly with a cold beer. This makes wings the perfect party food.
We really love this recipe because you can prepare ahead and cook them when you are ready. Cooking these in the oven, you can make batches at a time and save more grill space for burgers and hot dogs. You can also cook these right on the grill or even in the smoker. Fantastic!
In this recipe we used Casa M Spice Co® Pecking Order® and Casa M Spice Co® Chain Reaction® to enhance the flavors of honey, soy sauce, and garlic. If you like your wings even spicier, we recommend you try this recipe with our Uncontrolled blends (twice the heat!).

1.
Use a knife to separate the wings at the joint and discard the wing tip.
-
2.
Place the chicken wing sections in a medium bowl or a Ziploc bag.
-
3.
In a separate container, mix all the marinade ingredients thoroughly.
-
4.
Cover the wings with your marinade and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
-
5.
Lay the wings in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Be sure to pour some of the marinade over the wings as well (for crispier wings, bake on a rack, but leave a pan to catch the drippings!)
