At Casa M Spice Co®, we believe that great food not only tastes great but is good for you, too. That’s why we use only high quality, all-natural ingredients in our seasonings. Every Casa M Spice Co® blend is low sodium as well so you can add as much flavor as you want without over-salting.
Where eating healthy is concerned, health professionals recommend fish as a steady part of your diet, 1-2 times a week! Fish is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D. Specifically, baked fish retains more of these essential nutrients than microwaved or fried fish.
We love the flavors that Casa M Spice Co® Uncontrolled Hooked® gives this dish. The bright lemon and the crisp red pepper with the Uncontrolled spiciness of Hooked® is above and beyond delicious! This recipe is full of rich flavor and is sure to satisfy your taste buds as well as please your doctor. To take it a step further, replace the butter with a tablespoon of olive oil.
