Spicy Naan Beef Mini-Pizzas
Nothing says Game-Day like the best snacks you’ve ever had! Today, we’re serving up Pizza, Pizza, Pizza! This recipe makes it super easy to serve up an amazing spread for kick-off!
One of our favorite things about these mini pizzas is that you can top them with anything you like! If you have a variety of leftovers from the week, you can turn it into a variety of pizzas, all you need is the naan (or pre-made pizza crusts), sauce, cheese, and creativity! You’ll never look at leftovers the same way again!

FOR THE BEEF
- 1 Pound lean ground beef
- 1 Teaspoon coooking oil
- 1/2 Yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons Casa M Spice Co® Uncontrolled Cattle Drive®
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt (or to taste)
FOR THE PIZZAS
- Naan bread, personal size
- 1 8 Ounce bag mozzarella cheese
- 1 8 Ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Casa M Spice Co® Uncontrolled Chain Reaction®
- Small can sliced black olives

LET’S GET COOKING
For The Beef:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for a minute.
Add the ground beef and mix well.
Add Casa M Spice Co® Uncontrolled Cattle Drive. Continue to mix well.
Once cooked through, add salt and taste. Add more if desired.
For The Pizzas:
Heat oven to 400ᴼ.
Combine tomato sauce with Uncontrolled Chain Reaction®, mix well.
On a flat surface, lay out the naan bread. Take one spoonful (or desired amount) of tomato sauce and spread around the surface of the bread.
Top mini-pizzas with shredded mozzarella.
Add desired amount of beef, then sprinkle a bit more mozzarella.
Add desired amount of olives.
Place pizzas on a nonstick baking cooling rack over a baking sheet. The cooling rack will help crisp the bottom of your pizza crust while the pan catches any drops of melting cheese.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned on top.
Sprinkle more Uncontrolled Chain Reaction® on top for a bright hit of flavor or to add more spice!
