Jalapeño poppers are a total crowd pleaser. We made two different versions. First, because we love spicy food, we seasoned a batch with Uncontrolled Chain Reaction® for extra heat and added flavor. Our second batch was dredged in Casa M Spice Co® Whole Hog® for extra smokiness and a great sweet and spicy twist.
