This seasoning makes a delicious BBQ chicken and produces an enviable crunchy skin on smoked, then charbroiled chicken quarters. It is great when smoked, grilled, sous vide and seared, baked, or roasted.  Finishing with a good sear caramelizes the sugars and yields truly remarkable results.
