FOR THE BURGERS
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 8 Tablespoons Casa M Spice Co® Pecking Order®
- Salt to taste
FOR THE GARNISH
- American, cheddar, or any other cheese of preference, sliced
- baby spinach to taste
- Casa M Spice Co® Pickled Yellow Onions (link to recipe)
- Ketchup, mustard or any condiment preferred

Form the patties one at a time, creating a ball first then flattening gently. Make sure not to pack too tightly.

Season with a generous amount of Casa M Spice Co® Pecking Order®, about 1 Tablespoon each side. Add salt to taste. Rub gently to adhere the spice to your patties.

Cook on the grill or stovetop in a pan until well done.

Lightly toast the burger buns. You can use a toaster or toss them on the grill as well, offset from the flame for indirect heat.
