Belqui Ortiz-Millili — Contributing Recipe Developer

Belqui Ortiz-Millili is the Latin-fusion force behind Belqui's Twist. Proudly of Dominican descent — born in New York City and raised between the Dominican Republic and NYC — she puts clever twists on classic recipes from all over the world.

From 2019 through 2022, Belqui worked with Casa M Spice Co® as a contributing recipe developer, food stylist, and photographer, creating dozens of the dishes in Chemistry in the Kitchen® — from Beef Birria and Chicken Tinga Tacos to Seafood Paella and Green Corn Tamales. Her recipes pair Casa M's low-sodium blends with the bold, bright flavors of Latin home cooking.
