The silicone stretch lid — what it is and how to use it

What is it? A food-safe silicone stretch lid designed to cover your stainless steel shaker while it’s not in use, keeping the spices sealed inside.

Where is it? Included with every shaker purchased from our website or our authorized Amazon partner, Tivexi. Look inside the shaker, at the bottom — it’s under the sealed bag of spices.

How do I use it? It’s stretchy — pull it from either side and fit it over the top of your shaker (with the lid already screwed on). That’s it: spices stay sealed between cookouts.

How much sodium is in your blends?

A lot less than you’d think — flavor comes from the spices, not the salt shaker. Every Casa M blend has at least 85% less sodium than the same ¼ teaspoon of table salt — most blends are 90–97% less. A ¼-teaspoon serving of our blends runs roughly 16–82 mg of sodium depending on the blend, while plain table salt is about 575 mg for the same ¼ teaspoon. Are your blends gluten-free? What about allergens?
